We are Brian and Muriel Guilmant and Mike and Diana Froud.

This website is our work. We are residents of the Quarry Road/Close area of Colehill who are dismayed by the proposals for the large scale extraction of sand; and decided to try and do something to preserve the forest, with an estimated footfall exceeding 100,000 annually, for all of us and future generations to enjoy.

We feel that we are merely expressing publicly what a great many people have articulated privately and make no claim to have the sole rights to the views expressed herein.

We feel that this is your notice board, source of information and news on the progress of our campaign.
